Graduation (With Specialization): Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent
Work Experience (Years): 4-8
Job Responsibilities
- Create new, dynamic, front-end, and backend software products and apps that are dynamic and visually appealing
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Able to develop entire architecture, responsive design, user interaction, and user experience
- The ability to use databases, proxies, APIs, version control systems, and third-party applications.
- Design a plan for stability, scalability, performance optimization, and ongoing improvement.
- Keep track of new development-related tools, frameworks, methods, and architectures.
- Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
- Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project
- Well-versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool
Competencies / Skills
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize application performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong attention to detail
