Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM's Business Event Processing runtime, BAI, is seeking a Technical Leader to spearhead a new team dedicated to Integration and System Testing, Performance Testing, and Analysis for the product.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5 years of experience in QA automation and Performance analysis.
Strong background in technical leadership.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Proficiency in Kafka, Flink, JSON transformation language, ElasticSearch, React, CSS, HTML, Typescript, Docker, K8S, Performance harnesses, and Build pipelines.
Understanding of business requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively in international distributed teams.
