We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer to join our team, focused on designing, developing, and implementing advanced web applications leveraging the Microsoft .NET framework and Microsoft Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable, maintainable solutions that integrate both front-end and back-end components to deliver robust, user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of web applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and Microsoft Cloud Technologies. Create well-architected solutions for web applications to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
- Requirements Gathering. Engage with users and stakeholders to gather requirements by conducting interviews, analyzing existing and proposed systems, and identifying areas for improvement to recommend efficient solutions.
- Collaboration. Work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, to translate business needs and user requirements into technical specifications. Ensure that applications meet design and usability standards.
- Technical Documentation. Document technical specifications, architectural designs, and development processes, ensuring that project documentation is clear, comprehensive, and up to date.
- Front-End Development. Develop dynamic, responsive, and visually consistent front-end interfaces using Angular 15+ to enhance user experience across multiple devices.
- Back-End Development. Implement server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations using C#, SQL, .NET Core, and .NET Standard, with a focus on high performance, security, and scalability.
- Cloud Integration. Leverage Microsoft Azure resources to enhance the application's capabilities, utilizing services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Databricks, Service Bus, Search Index, Blob Storage, API Management (APIM), and Cosmos DB.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency. Extensive experience in full-stack web development using .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and Angular (15+).
- Cloud Knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services is highly advantageous, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Cognitive Services, and Cosmos DB.
- Analytical Skills. Strong ability to evaluate and analyze system requirements and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and design teams.
- Documentation Skills. Ability to document system architecture and design, ensuring smooth project workflows and knowledge transfer.
