Your Role and Responsibilities
As a crucial member of the IBM Security development team, you'll be immersed in various facets including back-end services, end-to-end system design, and data analytics. Your proficiency in languages like Java and/or C++, coupled with expertise in database technologies and foundational cloud knowledge, will be instrumental in shaping our solutions. Your primary responsibilities include.
- Developing and maintaining features for the IBM Security SOAR Platform.
- Crafting technical requirements and software design specifications.
- Operating within an Agile Environment to deliver solutions promptly.
- Establishing robust communication channels between engineering, infrastructure, and project/product management teams.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Over 8 years of IT experience.
- Professional proficiency in Java or C/C++ programming.
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design and programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience in web application programming and REST architecture.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years' experience .
- Utilizing technologies like Tomcat, Jersey, Hibernate, JTA, Camel, and ActiveMQ.
- Database schema design, performance tuning, and scalability.
- Implementing distributed applications in container environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Agile software development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and multi-national team collaboration.
