Coforge is actively seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Neural Networks (NN). In this role, you will leverage advanced NLP and generative AI technologies to drive innovative solutions across a range of applications. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven systems, focusing on high-performance neural network architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead NLP and Generative AI Initiatives. Architect and build large-scale AI models for natural language understanding, text generation, and content generation. Utilize neural network models such as Transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), LSTMs, CNNs, and RAGs to develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Design & Optimize Neural Networks. Oversee the design, training, and optimization of deep learning models for various NLP tasks including text classification, machine translation, speech-to-text, summarization, and language generation.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs). Work with pre-trained models like GPT-4, T5, and BERT, fine-tuning them for domain-specific tasks to achieve high accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Data Pipeline Management. Manage the end-to-end data pipeline for model development, encompassing data collection, cleaning, and augmentation. Handle large datasets for NLP training and fine-tuning.
- Collaboration & Mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into core products.
- Research & Development. Stay updated on the latest in generative AI, NLP, and neural networks. Lead R&D projects to prototype and implement new AI solutions.
- Deploy & Maintain AI Systems. Deploy models in production, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Monitor and refine models to maintain optimal performance.
- Contribute to AI Strategy. Provide thought leadership on the strategic application of generative AI within the organization, identifying new opportunities for AI-driven value.
Required Experience
- AI/ML & NLP Expertise. Extensive experience in developing and deploying generative AI models, with a focus on NLP tasks such as text generation, conversational agents, and natural language understanding.
- Neural Network Proficiency. Proven experience with advanced architectures like Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs, as well as fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Data Processing. Skilled in managing high-scale datasets and applying sophisticated data processing techniques for NLP.
Technical Skills
- Programming. Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Keras.
- NLP Tools. Expertise in NLP libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face transformers.
- Cloud Platforms. Experience deploying models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- MLOps. Strong understanding of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning. Familiar with version control, collaboration tools (Git, JIRA), and CI/CD pipelines.
