Job Description

As part of the gTech Knowledge, Infrastructure, and Tools (gKIT) Strategic Program Management team, you'll provide strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy to deliver outcomes for customers and the business. With expert organization, communication, and stakeholder management, you'll orchestrate seamless program execution, turning vision and strategy into reality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring deadline-driven productivity.
  • 8 years of experience in strategy, change management, and rolling out large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with expertise in project management, problem-solving, analysis, written/verbal communication (framing and storytelling), teamwork, and people management.
  • Ability to translate analysis results into insights and business recommendations while collaborating with data, analytics, and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance in an unstructured environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive governance and engagement cadence across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear decision and escalation paths.
  • Bridge strategic business objectives and technology roadmap to drive maximum impact and alignment of product life cycle plans for major system or feature launches.
  • Architect program strategy and objectives, assess and communicate impact to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to design and build program objectives, priorities, and implementation plans.
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure continuous execution of program milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. Provide regular updates, storyboards, and communications for alignment with stakeholders and partners.
