Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in developing test automation using Go, Java, Python, or C++.
- Proven expertise in test automation development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lab Tools, Dashboards, Hardware Testing Tools, and Linux environments.
- Experience in lab design and management for combined hardware/software systems under SLO conditions.
Responsibilities

Lab Design Strategy. Spearhead the design strategy for new lab setups, ensuring the seamless integration of multifaceted configurations into automated production environments.

Structured Lab Environments. Drive the intake of technical lab data to construct structured production lab environments, optimizing the quality of test signals delivered to stakeholders.

Legacy Setup Optimization. Iterate on both legacy setups and new high-touch/NPI programs, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

Fleet Maintenance. Coordinate lab logistics, fleet maintenance, and test equipment calibration to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service level objectives (SLOs).

Lab Move Coordination. Facilitate the seamless relocation of lab setups when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing testing activities.
