The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in implementing HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results. This individual will demonstrate the ability to handle high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance, exhibiting deadline sensitivity and adept problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include implementing employee surveys, facilitating onboarding, partnering with recruitment for hiring, maintaining a motivated workforce, implementing policies and procedures, managing employee grievances, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement employee surveys and assist in analysis and action planning based on survey results.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and collaborate with recruitment for hiring based on business forecasts.
- Partner with business leaders and support functions to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and conduct necessary investigations.
- Provide MIS support for attrition analysis and prepare and publish dashboards.
- Drive engagement initiatives such as mentoring programs, round table discussions, and recognition and reward programs.
- Support career pathing initiatives and assist in conducting training needs assessments.
- Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance in HR practices and processes.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
