General Profile
You'll demonstrate proficiency in analytical and operational processes, completing atypical assignments with autonomy while adhering to established procedures. Your expertise will extend across various processes, procedures, and systems, enabling you to contribute effectively to team goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare benefit calculations and reports, ensuring accurate payment of vendor billings, employee leave, and terminations.
- Generate year-end benefit statements and update benefit records as required.
- Assist with benefit open enrollment processes, including system testing and employee self-service enrollment.
- Guide employees through form completion, claims, benefit calculations, and premiums.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including actuarial staff, consultants, and insurance representatives.
- Process relocation documentation and payments, facilitating smooth transitions for employees.
- Prepare offers, terms, and condition letters, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Resolve atypical problems using existing precedents or procedures.
- Exchange information and ideas effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in analytical or operational processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within established procedures.
- Understanding of team dynamics and collaboration.
- Experience with benefit administration processes preferred.
