As a Design Lead at Infosys, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering top-notch design services. You will leverage your proficiency in experience design methodologies, coupled with your strong understanding of front-end technologies, to create impactful solutions for our clients.
Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial in understanding and articulating client requirements and solutions. Additionally, your analytical skills will be instrumental in breaking down complex problems and devising clear and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Initiation. Lead sessions to gather knowledge and insights necessary for project initiation.
- Requirements Gathering. Interact with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to understand their needs and preferences.
- High-level Design. Establish design standards and develop proofs of concept to guide the design process.
- Detailed Design. Coordinate the creation and testing of detailed design artifacts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Unit Initiatives. Participate in initiatives such as presales activities and case study creation to showcase our design capabilities.
- Knowledge Management. Create and present knowledge artifacts to document best practices and lessons learned from project experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficient in experience design methodologies with the ability to create wireframes and visual designs.
- Adequate knowledge of usability testing techniques to ensure quality compliance.
- Sound understanding of frontend technologies to inform design decisions effectively.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Figma, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements and solutions clearly.
- Analytical ability to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions.
- Customer orientation with a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
