Opportunity Overview
Adobe Connect, part of the Adobe DALP BU, is a leading online webinar and training delivery platform with a revenue exceeding $40M. We are seeking a talented iOS developer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our mobile application. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features for the Adobe Connect mobile app
- Troubleshoot audio/video streaming issues
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Architects, and Product Managers to design and implement modern and intuitive features.
- Implement best practices for efficient software development, including unit testing and coding standards.
- Respond to urgent issues requiring fast resolution and deployment of code fixes.
- Optimize app performance and memory footprint
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in iOS app development
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and algorithm performance
- Proficiency in Swift programming
- Experience in UI design implementation
- Knowledge of threading and performance tuning in iOS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and work across the full tech stack
- Ability to navigate existing code and learn quickly with minimal guidance
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with web technologies such as XHTML/HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Backend development experience
- Knowledge of audio/video streaming technologies
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, Splunk, etc.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
