Job Description

Oracle is seeking a talented Java React JS Developer to join our team as a Staff Consultant. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about building high-performance web applications and scalable architectures using modern Java and JavaScript-based technologies. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Enhance UI/UX. Design and implement user interfaces using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Micro-Frontend Design Patterns.
  2. Architect and Innovate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and enhance new and existing products in a microservices-based architecture.
  3. Maintain High Coding Standards. Follow best practices and coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  4. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design patterns, coding standards, and system architecture.
  5. Production Support & Troubleshooting. Provide 2nd-line support, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  6. Continuous Integration & Deployment. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  7. Mentorship & Collaboration. Guide junior developers, share knowledge on best practices, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and front-end technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Micro-Frontend Design Patterns.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Message-Oriented Middleware (MoM) technologies such as MQ and Kafka.
  • Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
