Insight Global is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Kore.AI Developer to join our dynamic Chat Bot team, working with one of the largest telecommunications companies based in Dallas, TX. This is a contract position for an innovative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enhancing user experiences through cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions.
Must-Haves
- Experience. A minimum of 3 years in software development.
- Kore.AI Expertise. Strong experience with Chat Bot development using the Kore.AI platform.
- Conversational AI Knowledge. Familiarity with Conversational AI products and their applications.
- Front-End Development Skills. Proficiency in React, Angular, and/or JavaScript for building engaging user interfaces.
- Problem-Solving Abilities. Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to work independently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Chat Bot Development. Design and develop Chat Bots utilizing the Kore.AI platform to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- User Interaction Enhancement. Leverage Conversational AI products to create seamless and intuitive user interactions.
- Front-End Development. Engage in front-end development tasks, crafting user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, innovate, and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
