What we are looking for: • 3+ years experience in leading full lifecycle project implementations • 3+ years experience implementing web applications and web services with C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2000, and/or XML Web Services, XSD, WSDL, XML, .NET Remoting, DCOM, MSMQ • Experience with distributed application design, service-oriented architectures, object-oriented analysis and design • 3+ years experience in industry best practices, current architectures, object-oriented concepts, and design patterns, as well as knowledge of advances in Microsoft 2005 products. • Working knowledge of common software lifecycle and project management processes such as Agile, XP, TDD, CMMI or RUP, MSF or PMI • Should have personal best practices for achieving repeat success. • Ability to think out-of-the-box and design solutions • Must have strong customer interfacing skills and ability to work on projects with a sense of ownership and responsibility
