As a Lead QA Engineer at SimCorp, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions in our agile work environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the Digital Engagement Platform (DEP), a cloud-native SaaS application built on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies such as DevOps, continuous delivery, and test automation. Your contribution is essential to our future success as we onboard new clients, ensuring performance, security, and user experience are exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding customer requirements and questioning solutions to ensure clarity.
- Implementing automated tests and contributing to manual testing when needed.
- Utilizing tools around .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure for testing.
- Focusing on maintainability, observability, system performance, scalability, CI/CD.
- Improving the product and processes in our cloud-based environment.
- Enhancing test automation to streamline processes and reduce manual testing over time.
Your work will span across
- Test Automation. Building and maintaining automated tests for UI, APIs, and performance.
- Test Management. Planning, structuring, and tracking releases and tests.
- Manual Testing. Conducting manual tests where necessary, though the focus is on reducing manual interventions over time.
