Responsibilities

- Process Improvement. Continuously develop and enhance delivery processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Talent Management. Lead the talent management effort for the technology team, including hiring, development, training, and retention of top-tier talent.
Requirements
- Hands-On Expertise. Demonstrated hands-on experience in technology with a focus on detail and scalability.
- Agile Proficiency. Ability to multitask and thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic startup environment, with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
- Agile Frameworks. Experience working with various agile frameworks and project tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Technical Skills. Expert knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, with experience in multiple stacks and web technologies.
- Architectural Experience. Proven experience in architecture, design, and delivery of data-intensive applications, including SOA-based setups.
- Leadership Abilities. Experience leading a team of engineers and QA professionals, driving a quality-focused development culture.
- Web Service Expertise. Proficiency in building high-throughput, low-latency web services and architecting systems for AWS is a plus.
- Web Paradigms. Familiarity with modern web UI frameworks, REST, Responsive Web Design, and Test-Driven Development.
- Technology Stacks. Experience with various technology stacks, including web application development, middleware, integration, and enterprise architecture.
