As a Lead Software Quality Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality of our enterprise solutions. You will work closely with developers to design and execute test strategies, maintain automation scripts, and contribute to the overall quality of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance. Develop and execute test strategies to ensure the highest quality of product features.
  2. Automation Leadership. Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
  3. Collaboration. Work closely with development teams to understand workflows, design new test cases, and ensure successful delivery of key product features.
  4. Testing Standards. Maintain exceptional standards related to performance, robustness, and testing.
  5. Adaptability. Quickly learn new languages, libraries, and platforms as needed and adapt to changing requirements.
  6. Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform system tests to ensure product reliability.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. Educational Background. B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Experience. Minimum of 5+ years in professional testing/automation, with experience in designing, implementing, and executing test cases.
  3. Technical Skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C++, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
  4. Fundamentals. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
  5. Automation Knowledge. Experience with test automation frameworks and architectures.
  6. Development Lifecycle. Deep knowledge of the full software development life cycle and experience with unit tests, coded UI tests, and functional test development.
