We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end activities related to L&D projects and initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure alignment and consistency across organizational-level L&D programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support. Assist the L&D team with the execution of operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
- Communication Management. Oversee and manage L&D team communications across various channels, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- LMS Data Management. Handle and monitor Learning Management System (LMS) related data activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Training Data Preparation. Prepare and manage training data essential for L&D activities, facilitating smooth project execution.
- Communication Plans. Design and implement basic-level communication plans for L&D projects, supporting clear and effective messaging.
- Vendor Management. Manage operational aspects of external training and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills
- Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency. Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage reports and presentations.
- Problem-Solving. Demonstrates a proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and improve processes.
- Detail-Oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
