Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager to join our Capability Development team. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of projects focused on capability development initiatives, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will play a critical role in transforming our processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight for digital Capability Development (CD) projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while efficiently allocating resources and setting clear objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR and other departments to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Implement project management best practices to monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively manage risks.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, including documentation, reports, and system enhancements.
  • Support change management initiatives related to digital HR projects, including developing communication plans and training for HR teams and end-users.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with digital HR ecosystem vendors to bring innovative technology solutions that address specific business challenges.
  • Design and implement intelligent automation initiatives (using RPA, conversational AI, etc.) to enhance employee experiences and operating models.

Qualifications

  1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Certification. PMP certification is highly desirable.
  3. Minimum of 10 years in project management, with a focus on digital HR projects; consulting experience is a plus.
  4. Knowledge. Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technologies.
