Responsibilities
- Localize English content into clear, customer-centric Hindi tailored to our target audience.
- Ensure accuracy and customer-centricity in all localized content, including proofreading agency-supplied materials.
- Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate openly with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Content Management Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships across teams.
- Multilingual capabilities are preferred.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content writing and localization, with knowledge of the digital payments industry.
