As a Hogan Product Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of Hogan products. Leveraging your expertise in Mainframe technologies and banking products, you will provide comprehensive support and contribute to the technical architecture solution design. Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Hogan products, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Design, develop, install, test, and document complex applications software tailored to Hogan product requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.

Mandatory Skills 

• Minimum 5 years of Mainframe production support development experience.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) with Banking products (Mandatory).
• Proficiency (5+ years) in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, CICS, JCL, IMS, DB2, and MQ Series.
• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of experience in product design and support.
• Strong familiarity with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
