Responsibilities
- Consulting Support. Aid the consulting team in defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and deploying designs.
- Research & POCs. Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research, including literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations. Build Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Requirement Specifications. Create requirement specifications based on business needs and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
- Solution Configuration. Support configuring solution requirements on products. Diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives.
- Value Addition. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
