The team members will possess extensive technical skills in Hogan application and mainframe technologies. They are expected to develop and expand their knowledge and skills in various Hogan products. All tasks will be performed on DXC mainframes, ensuring strict adherence to DXC's security policies and procedures in the delivery of services.
Responsibilities
Hogan Development and Services
- Design, develop, install, test, and document complex application software.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
Mandatory Skills
- Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL/Assembler. Minimum 4 years of experience in these technologies.
- Banking Application Experience. At least 2 years of experience working with banking applications.
- Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Product Design and Support. Over four years of experience in product design and support.
- Software Development Lifecycle. Proficient in software design, development methodologies, and implementation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Communication Skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
