This role requires a strong educational background and relevant experience in a professional, technical, or sales capacity. As part of our technical team, you'll contribute to project management, apply problem-solving skills, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Case Management. Review, provide feedback, or modify test cases created by test analysts.
- Collaboration. Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze requirements and identify test conditions.
- Test Execution. Create, execute, and validate test cases and test data based on established test plans.
- Quality Assurance. Conduct peer reviews, document test results, report defects, and manage test data for accurate evaluation.
- Risk Management. Identify, report, and manage risks during testing phases, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordination. Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation of the GTS test process.
- Status Reporting. Submit daily status reports and track the progress of test executions and issues.
- Release Validation. Validate release notes and ensure they are accurately reflected in the product updates.

- Functional Knowledge. Apply theoretical knowledge to solve standard problems using existing procedures.
- Business Acumen. Understand key business drivers to successfully contribute to projects and deliverables.
- Problem Solving. Utilize technical experience and deductive reasoning to tackle challenges and improve processes.
- Interpersonal Skills. Communicate complex ideas effectively within the team and across departments.
Profile Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience and knowledge in testing methodologies, automation/manual testing, and risk management.
- Familiarity with project coordination and software testing processes.
