What we are looking for
- Experienced Mendix developer having built simple and complex apps.
- Application development to support International Business Reorganization process.
- High level flow of the application is for user to upload entity data to the application, answer step wizard questions to produce micro/macro steps and generate documentation required for this process.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- We are looking for a Mendix Lead Solution Expert, responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify Mendix platform solution options, define Mendix solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
- SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
- Drive the Mendix project delivery for multiple apps ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Capable to understand the client requirements and suggest the best solution in Mendix.
- Should define and design boundary conditions, entities, roles, deployment infrastructure etc. for any Mendix app.
- Embed Mendix Apps in our application landscape by using APIs and data from Google, Servicenow, HC & HR, GFS and so on…
- Automate our development practices and have quality in mind
- Deep understanding of technologies like SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS XPath and methods like BPMN and MDD
- Mobile Development knowledge using Mendix Native features.
- Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Professional experience in Java development
- Excellent communication skills, both talking and listening. You can explain complicated technical matters in a simple manner
- Coach junior developers and help to improve their skills
- Expert in estimation, scoping and sizing of Mendix solutions.
- Proficient to handle the complete lifecycle for a Mendix app together with developers.
- Testing and quality assurance. User support, Bug Fixing and change management (processing of service/change requests including communication with users/customers).
- Comfortable to handle business meetings, client interactions, feedbacks, design thinking workshops.
- Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certified
- Should have at least delivered 10 Mendix based applications.
- Designed / Architected 5+ Mendix application
- Must have extensive experience with Mendix and other programming languages like Java
- Must have In-depth knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Must have advanced working experience with building APIs and Services using REST, SOAP, Microservices etc
- Good understanding on Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud service providers like AWS, Azure.
- Must have advanced working experience with Mendix custom widgets or Modules.
- Must have advanced working experience with Mendix Latest versions.
- Should be able to design end to end solution architecture.
- Should have the capability to understand the client requirements and suggest the best solution in Mendix.
- Should have good knowledge of modern UI Technologies.
- Experience in using JavaScript, XPath, CSS, and HTML.
- Design and update software data models and develop user-friendly and modern style UI
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimisation
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
