Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of mobile developers and QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack mobile applications using various frameworks, including Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, and Flutter.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs in mobile applications, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the mobile development domain, researching and evaluating new tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver high-quality mobile solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, progress, and potential risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, or similar mobile development frameworks.
- Experience with .Net, C#, or Java is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Firebase, Google Play Services, and Apple Developer Tools.
- Proven experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
