As a .NET Application Support & Development Engineer at Infosys, you will be an integral part of our delivery team, ensuring seamless support and development of .NET applications for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality assurance and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interface and Issue Resolution. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Solution Design and Validation. Analyze client requirements, create detailed designs, validate architecture decisions, and ensure that solutions align with client objectives and quality standards.
- Project Estimation and Solution Delivery. Participate in project estimation activities, provide technical inputs for solution development, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship. Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and technical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. Conduct code reviews, unit test plan reviews, and ensure adherence to software quality assurance principles and best practices. Drive continual knowledge management and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
- Agile Methodologies and Collaboration. Work in agile development environments, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Technical Skills Development. Demonstrate a strong understanding of .NET application development, .NET Core, and related technologies. Continuously enhance technical skills and stay abreast of advancements in technology to drive innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
