As a .NET Full Stack Developer at EXL, you will play a key role in full-stack web development, contributing to both back-end and front-end solutions. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for the design, architecture, development, and testing of robust web applications. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, development, and testing.
- Actively participate in all Agile SCRUM meetings, ensuring timely and successful delivery in a collaborative environment.
- Develop scalable, high-performance code with a focus on quality.
- Create and maintain detailed Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Collaborate effectively with business partners and technical teams to meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience. 5+ years of experience in Full Stack web development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Technical Expertise
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web API.
- Proficient in front-end development using React, JavaScript, and libraries like jQuery and Angular.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Expertise in AGILE methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, Object-Oriented Design, and design patterns.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, able to write efficient, clean, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or Rally.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authorization protocol.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core with LINQ.
- Exposure to Unit Testing, Functional Testing, and advanced programming concepts like Data Structures, Generics, Lambda Expressions, and Delegates.
