Key Responsibilities
- Application Development. Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, and maintaining various applications. Ensure your code is robust, efficient, and adheres to industry standards.
- Collaboration. Partner with engineering and product teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality products. Engage in regular meetings to align on project goals and milestones.
- Quality Assurance. Implement and adhere to best practices in coding and testing to ensure high standards of software quality. Develop and execute automated tests to validate functionality and performance.
- Performance Optimization. Identify and resolve performance issues, tuning applications for optimal efficiency and scalability. Proactively seek opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
- Documentation. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, including design specifications, code changes, and testing procedures.
Qualifications
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including web-based applications development.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, and the .NET Framework. Experience with database technologies such as MS SQL Server and MySQL.
- Development Lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of the full software design and development lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
- Agile Experience. Proven experience working in an agile development environment, demonstrating adaptability to evolving requirements and iterative development.
