We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Engineer specializing in ASP.NET Web Forms to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work closely with the customer support team to address production incidents, ensuring smooth resolution of issues while maintaining high-quality standards.
As a remote role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, collaborating with a global team to deliver solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Incident Handling. Work with the customer support team to research and troubleshoot PROD incidents, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaboration. Partner with offshore teams to ensure smooth communication and deliver solutions that meet project requirements.
- Development Testing. Perform testing and ensure that solutions meet expected requirements and maintain high quality.
- Product Backlog Refinement. Participate in backlog grooming/ refinement meetings, offering suggestions for improvements to processes and prioritization.
- Customer Focus. Ensure that all development work aligns with customer priorities, demonstrating proactivity, stress tolerance, and a commitment to code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript fundamentals, and MVC.
- Web Technologies. Solid understanding of CSS3, HTML5, and WebAPI.
- Best Practices. Familiarity with SOLID principles and how to implement them effectively in development.
- Testing & CI/CD. Experience with unit/integration testing and a solid understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Communication. Ability to accurately estimate work, communicate status updates, and address blockers in a timely manner.
- Language Proficiency. Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an agile environment and contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and prioritize tasks based on customer needs and impact.
