We are seeking an experienced .NET Production Support Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. This role involves providing high-level support for our applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies and be proficient in production and application support.
Experience. 5-12 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Support Queues. Manage and acknowledge support tickets via email, ServiceNow, or ITSM.
- Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting. Identify and resolve bugs and issues in code. Prioritize and address issues related to the Maestro LDCS application.
- Issue Resolution. Provide effective workarounds and fixes for application bugs. Package and distribute updates following established guidelines.
- Testing. Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure quality and functionality.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Offer support for UAT to ensure applications meet user requirements and expectations.
