We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves validating and configuring network orders according to the scope of work, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless network device activation. Roles & Responsibilities
- Validate orders in accordance with the specified scope of work.
- Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configuration.
- Collaborate with Order Managers to clarify the exact scope before the configuration build.
- Review network designs provided by the design team to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Build network configurations in alignment with the established scope and design.
- Lead customer edge device activation calls, deploying necessary device configurations effectively.
- Coordinate with Level 2 technicians to resolve complex network issues.
- Troubleshoot network issues by engaging with various stakeholders to facilitate swift resolutions.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree) with a background in telecommunications or IT.
- Knowledge of network configuration and telecommunications domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adept at navigating various computer systems.
- Strong commitment to achieving results in a collaborative team environment.
- Possess good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- CCNA trained (CCNA certification preferred) and SDWAN trained (certification preferred).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
