As a pivotal member of the Infosys delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of technical and managerial tasks, aimed at guiding and optimizing the development of enterprise content management solutions using IBM CMOD.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction. Serve as the primary interface with clients, addressing quality assurance needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Requirements Analysis. Understand client requirements in detail, create and review design documents, and validate architectural solutions to meet client needs.
- Project Execution. Participate in project estimation, contribute to solution delivery planning, and perform technical risk assessments. Conduct code reviews and unit test plan reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Team Leadership. Lead and guide teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables. Foster continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Technical Expertise. Demonstrate a strong understanding of IBM CMOD and related technologies. Ensure that all development aligns with best practices in software quality assurance, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.
- Innovation and Learning. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends. Apply analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge. Proficiency in IBM CMOD and Enterprise Content Management technologies. Familiarity with more than one technology is preferred.
- Architecture and Design. Basic understanding of architecture and design fundamentals.
- Testing and Quality Assurance. Knowledge of testing tools and quality processes. Demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles.
- Agile Methodologies. Understanding of agile methodologies and project life cycle activities, including development and maintenance projects.
- Estimation and Planning. Knowledge of estimation methodologies and technical risk planning.
- Communication Skills. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
