Job Description

ValueLabs is seeking an experienced Node.js Developer with a strong background in automation and JavaScript technologies. The role is based in Hyderabad and requires immediate to 15 days notice period. The ideal candidate will have a robust experience in coding, automation testing, and development of scalable APIs and microservices.

Experience Required

  1. Total Experience. Minimum 5 years in JavaScript technologies.
  2. TypeScript. At least 1 year hands-on experience.
  3. Automation Testing. Experience with tools like Playwright, Cucumber, Appium, Selenium.

Technical Skills

  1. API/Microservices Development. Expertise in creating scalable and highly available RESTful APIs and microservices using JavaScript technologies.
  2. Automation Testing. Ability to create end-to-end automation test suites using tools such as Playwright or Selenium, preferably with a BDD approach.
  3. GraphQL. Practical experience with GraphQL.
  4. CI/CD. Well-versed with CI/CD principles and actively involved in troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
  5. Containerization. Understanding and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  6. API Gateway Integrations. Exposure to API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
  7. Authentication. Knowledge of Single-Sign-On or token-based authentication methods (Rest, JWT, OAuth).
  8. Task/Message Queues. Expertise in task/message queues including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
