As a Senior Executive in Visa Operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the corporate visa requirements. Responsibilities include driving business and tourist visa processes, managing escalations, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) for the business line. Proficiency in analyzing visa requirements across all countries in India is essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end visa application process for clients, including preparation, submission, coordination with external agencies, and status tracking.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and team members on visa requirements, processes, and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes to immigration laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, accounts, and vendors, to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications and approvals, acting as the primary point of contact for visa-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the visa application process and improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on visa application status, trends, and metrics for management review.

Qualification & Experience
