A Day in the Life of an Infoscion

As a vital member of the Infosys delivery team, your key responsibilities will include interfacing with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve.

• Client Interaction. Interface with clients to understand requirements, address quality concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Design and Architecture. Create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings in the technology domain.
• Project Management. Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and review unit test plans.
• Team Leadership. Lead and guide your teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables. Facilitate continual knowledge management and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
• Efficient Programming. Be a key contributor to building efficient programs/systems, demonstrating expertise in Oracle PL/SQL.

• Technical Expertise. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and PLSQL.

• Technology Awareness. Awareness of the latest technologies and trends.
• Quality Assurance. Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.
