We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with expertise in Talend ETL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key team member, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating actionable insights, and developing visually appealing dashboards that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights to business users.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Power BI and Talend ETL for smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Work with multiple Power BI tools to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline business processes.
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
- Be flexible to work in the second shift based on business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
- Strong experience in Talend ETL to manage data workflows and integrations.
- Proven track record in creating dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present insights effectively.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data modeling in Power BI.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with other ETL tools is a plus.
