The Principal Multi Solution Architect acts as a lead cross-solution architect on large and complex customer engagements. This role requires subject matter expertise across multiple Adobe products, utilizing digital marketing strategy and software expertise to guide project teams through the phases of definition, deployment, and optimization. You will be a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring their success through effective planning and execution of cross-channel digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Coordination. Work closely with client stakeholders to define digital marketing and experience goals.
- Custom Architectures. Create tailored enterprise architectures and strategic roadmaps that meet defined marketing and experience needs.
- Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and senior client leadership, advocating for the team’s recommendations.
- Future State Recommendations. Assess current architecture and capabilities, and provide insights on future technology states to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Liaison Role. Act as a liaison between key Adobe, business, and IT stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Governance Models. Define governance and operational models that support clients’ technology goals.
- Thought Leadership. Promote the value of your role and work within the broader Adobe Consulting Group.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience. 12+ years of experience in developing enterprise architecture models and strategic roadmaps.
- Framework Knowledge. Demonstrated expertise with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF.
- Cloud Architecture. Understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS cloud services.
- Digital Marketing Acumen. Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and other digital marketing solutions.
- Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences and leading meetings effectively.
- Technical Collaboration. Proven ability to work alongside software engineers, data architects, application developers, and data scientists to plan end-to-end solutions.
- Travel Requirement. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
