Your Role
PA, Underwriting Support As a Process Associate in our Underwriting Support team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing insurance processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth transaction processing, communication with onsite teams, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions for Underwriting Support Teams
- Utilize knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes
- Invoice production and credit control support
- Data collection, formatting, and analysis
- Document production, collection, and distribution
- Provide operational support to client service teams
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure timely resolution of queries
- Balance dynamic workloads and meet targets and deadlines consistently
Qualifications We Seek in You
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
- Knowledge of Insurance lifecycle
- Proficiency in English language (both written and oral)
- Demonstrated attributes: customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance domain awareness
- P&C Underwriting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Higher certifications preferred- LM1 & LM2
