Key job responsibilities

  • Assist Program Managers in tracking open actions, conducting data deep dives, analyzing processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements and identifying process standardization opportunities.
  • Contribute to innovative long-term solutions beneficial for the entire team.

Key Learning Objectives

  1. Project Management Learn key success factors for project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex, international environment. Gain experience in using advanced project management tools and mitigating risks.
  2. Data Analytics. Develop skills in extracting and manipulating large datasets, gaining insights from simulation models, and using analytics to drive business decisions and change.
  3. Soft Skills. Learn to communicate results and updates to stakeholders and senior management. Interact with diverse teams, enhancing your interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • I am currently pursuing a two-year university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, and I graduated within the last six months.
  • Excellent analytical skills, preferably with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive issue-resolution skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and develop autonomously.
  • Work authorization in UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience, such as a summer job or internship, especially in a related field or business.
