As a Program Manager on the Display Ads team, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives that unlock business growth opportunities. Responsibilities
- Represent Google Display Ads across the company, collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify dependencies and drive shared objectives.
- Partner with Engineering to enhance model quality through Machine Learning training and optimization practices.
- Lead projects from ideation to launch, developing and coordinating program plans, estimates, and metrics across multiple organizations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and communicate effectively with program teams, executives, and stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations that translate into actionable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience launching consumer-facing technology products.
- Proficiency in data analysis and scripting languages (e.g., SQL or Python).
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in the Ads and Machine Learning domain.
- Experience in technical strategy and platform development.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
