We are seeking experienced IT Professionals to join our Australian team in Sydney, NSW, as a Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Finance Transformation programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a significantly large and complex multi-year digital transformation program.
• I oversee cross-functional teams, including those involved in the PMO, legacy modernization, business analysis, architecture, application development, testing, support, and organizational change management.
• Develop a compelling vision and narrative to support transformation objectives.
• Guide clients through the transformation journey and provide leadership to the team.
• Plan program milestones, deadlines, and processes, managing associated liabilities.
• Balance consulting, delivery, and solutions with strong commercial acumen.
• Lead value-added initiatives, automation efforts, and risk management strategies.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

Skills/Competencies

Essential

• 15+ years of proven experience delivering IT and change programs/projects.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in IT transformation within a System Integrator Role.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of delivering strategic change in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and goal orientation.
• Experience leading teams across geographies, organizations, and vendor teams in complex environments.
• Ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships.

Preferred

• Expertise in leading programs within the banking industry.
• Project/Program management certifications.
• Background or higher education in Finance or Commerce is highly desirable.
