Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing technical solutions and identifying associated risks, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement features for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Adhere to project roadmap for single features, track project schedules, manage staging and implementation, and comply with governance programs.
  • Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and collecting performance metrics in partnership with other departments.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make informed tradeoffs and solve complex, ambiguous problems.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Prior expertise in storage technologies.
