Job Description

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of new and existing businesses by leveraging your expertise in online media, communication skills, and analytical abilities. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional client service, conducting research and market analysis, and crafting innovative advertising strategies using Google's product offerings. You will manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the entire business cycle from planning and pitching to implementation and optimization. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and sales teams to drive product adoption and business growth. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.
  • 3 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, DSPs, ad operations, and measurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Programmatic landscape and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform, especially Display and Video 360 (DV360).
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to process large data sets, identify patterns of significance, and quickly complete large volumes of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize DV360 campaign management and deliver sophistication in media activation for key Advertisers/Agencies.
  • Act as a thought leader in introducing and driving new or advanced optimization and campaign management approaches on DV360.
  • Collaborate with external clients to drive programmatic campaign success, product adoption, and business growth.
  • Partner with vendors and sales teams to develop growth plans for large advertisers, applying market knowledge and insights.
  • Conduct ongoing media performance strategy management and provide partner-level insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify feature requests and provide product feedback.
