Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with rich experience in delivering digital marketing projects to multiple clients. You will bring deep expertise in client engagement, servicing delivery models, and a robust understanding of SLAs, SOW processes, and client/vendor management. Your hands-on experience in applying industry best practices for software delivery, along with your knowledge of project planning tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and VSTS, will be critical to our success.

Your Impactful Role

  1. Lead World-Class Projects. Contribute to shaping our CRM and Loyalty Project Management organization, managing cutting-edge projects that help brands optimize their strategies and achieve their goals.
  2. Drive Project Delivery. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. You’ll develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, proactively monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  3. Foster Stakeholder Relationships. Build and maintain productive relationships with peers, team members, and organizational stakeholders to ensure project success.
  4. Champion Operational Efficiency. Implement best practices and Epsilon standards to drive operational effectiveness, using governance and compliance procedures to identify and manage risks effectively.
  5. Exhibit Strong Leadership. Lead by example in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving and conflict management skills, and building effective teams with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Drive successful project delivery in partnership with program stakeholders.
  • Establish comprehensive project plans, resource forecasts, and define operating models to ensure project execution excellence.
  • Onboard and manage internal and external project teams effectively.
  • Track and report project metrics such as effort, resource utilization, milestones, and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, issues, and scope changes efficiently, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
  • Conduct project reviews and maintain high client satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Background. A 4-year degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience. 13+ years of experience in the IT services industry with extensive involvement in all stages of the application development lifecycle.
  3. Technical Expertise. In-depth knowledge of Digital Solution Landscapes, Marketing Technology software, and CRM technologies. Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, VSTS, MS Project, SharePoint) and CRM tools (Adobe, Unica, Informatica, Python, AWS, Redshift, etc.).
  4. Leadership Skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills in client-facing environments, with proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving project completion.
  5. Communication Skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
