As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance, driving the team towards excellence in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution. Lead the project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Charter Development. Create and maintain a quarterly project charter with detailed action plans and milestones.
- SLA Compliance. Ensure strict compliance with all project SLAs and contractual obligations, proactively managing any deviations.
- Audit Readiness. Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to maintain compliance and address any findings promptly.
- Engagement Strategy. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

- Business Development. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, presenting tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with technologies relevant to project delivery, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of financial management principles to oversee project budgets effectively.
