Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility for projects within the Application Development and Maintenance service line.
- Lead proposal preparation, review project estimations, and engage with key stakeholders to position Infosys strategically for successful project acquisition.
- Schedule assignments, monitor project progress, and provide regular status updates to manage project risks effectively and ensure timely delivery.
- Coach and inspire team members, provide subject matter training, and foster a vision for high performance through effective feedback and recognition.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, ensuring compliance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms while driving technology innovation.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Additional Responsibilities
- Proficiency in project management fundamentals and understanding of project lifecycles, estimation methodologies, and quality processes.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, architecture frameworks, and design principles, with the ability to manage technology and performance engineering effectively.
- Basic domain knowledge to comprehend business requirements and functionality.
- Ability to perform project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to meet objectives and timelines.
- Collaboration with business and technology experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters.
- Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies is essential.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends, coupled with logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
