As a Python Developer, you will be involved in the full software development life cycle from gathering requirements and designing solutions to implementing, testing, and maintaining applications. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Python applications to support business needs.
- Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and implementations.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality across the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Continuously improve development processes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them in day-to-day tasks.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and be responsible for timely deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development and a solid grasp of Python programming concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with clean and maintainable code.
- Proficient in gathering requirements, interpreting technical specifications, and delivering optimal solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in parallel.
- Self-motivated and passionate about learning new technologies, frameworks, and practices.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms like Git, REST APIs, and cloud environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to front-end technologies (such as JavaScript or frameworks like Django or Flask) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and performance optimization.
