As a Python Selenium Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation scripts, working closely with developers and product managers to identify system requirements, and ensuring the seamless integration of testing processes. Your expertise in test automation frameworks, especially Pytest, will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
- Implement Page Object Model (POM) and Page Factory design patterns for structured and reusable test automation.
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing to identify defects and ensure high product quality.
- Automate testing processes for iOS, Android, and FireTV applications using Python Selenium.
- Conduct API automation testing to ensure end-to-end quality assurance.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor debugging process results and report findings effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation based on project needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Pytest Framework for test automation.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, SDLC, and automation testing tools.
- Extensive experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and Page Factory patterns.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
- Experience working with iOS, Android, and FireTV applications in an automation testing environment.
- API automation expertise using Python Selenium.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
