Key Responsibilities
- Development Leadership. Lead the implementation of React web projects with Next.js, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a robust and sustainable codebase.
- Collaborative Problem Solving. Engage proactively with your team to tackle complex challenges, advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items, and contribute to enhancing cross-product code reuse and developer experience through automation.
- Code Quality and Maintenance. Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on simplification and efficiency. Conduct thorough integration and unit tests to deliver high-quality code confidently.
- Code Reviews and Feedback. Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the codebase.

Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience. Minimum of 10+ years in the IT industry, with at least 6+ years specializing as a front-end or full-stack engineer.
- Technical Proficiency. Expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern React features like hooks and functional programming. Familiarity with advanced React 18 concepts such as Server Components and Suspense.
- Testing Expertise. Proven ability in application testing for Accessibility (a11y), integration tests using MSW, and end-to-end tests with Cypress or Playwright.
- Leadership Skills. Ability to mentor and coach team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Additional Requirements
- Technical Skills. Extensive experience (8+ years) with React.js and Redux.js, showcasing a deep understanding and proficiency in these technologies.
- Communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
